A half-length portrait of John Vincent of Limerick (c. 1660-1735), shown looking towards the viewer’s left. He wears a powdered wig and is dressed in a brown jacket and waist coat with a cream, silk stock. John is depicted looking out at the viewer.
Artist: T. Hudson (1701-1779). Born in Devon, Hudson was a notable English portrait painter, whose pupils included Joshua Reynolds and Joseph Wright of Derby.
